Universal Shipping Information
All candles are shipped bushel style packed to insure quality and safety during transit time to the delivery location.  We strongly suggest the
use of the original shipping box and
packing trays for storage and/or transit to your event location.  We also suggest using your most
frequently used e-mail address when placing your order so to receive your package tracking number notification when it ships if applicable.
Please refer to the “Lead Time” section on this page for estimated arrival time after your order has been placed.
Please Note:  We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or on COD Terms.
USA Shipping
All orders are shipped via USPS or United Parcel Service (UPS) insured and signature required for delivery.  Hawaii and Alaska do require
additional postage.  USPS Priority Mail s the least expensive and the fastest transit times for Hawaii and Alaska residents.
International Shipping
Please contact your local Postal Service for weight and import restrictions, VAT and Import Taxes you may incur.  In our experience, USPS
Priority International is the least expensive option for shipping.  We will, however, ship with which ever carrier you prefer.
Return/Exchange Policies
Your satisfaction is our first priority.  In the rare event that your candles arrive damaged from poor transit handling, first contact the carrier immediately
and file a claim.  Second, contact us so we can follow up with the carrier on our end to resolve the situation promptly and ship replacements as soon as
possible.   We do not accept refunds or returns due to canceled events or engagements or late arrivals due to the carriers delays, nor returns/refunds
on any personalized candles.  However, if you are not completely satisfied or want to do and even exchange, return them in new condition, packed in the
original box and packing trays within 5 business days.  RMA assigned for return from us prior (-) shipping and handling.
Unpacking and Preparation Instructions
Remove your pears from the shipping box by the base only.  If your pears have personalized leaves, and the leaf has flattened during shipping, simply
curl the leaf under with a dull knife or pair of scissors as you would to curl a ribbon.  Place candles on a non-absorbent surface
Lead Times
We are NOT a candle importer.  All candles are hand-crafted from raw paraffin on premise.
Unless arrangements are made prior to ordering, order over 20 pieces are on a first purchase first shipped basis. Please keep in mind, business
continues to increase February - October.  May - October can take up to 6 weeks to arrive.  That being said, rush orders can be accommodated, by
phone only, and if time frame allows.  Rest assured, since 2001, we have never missed a deadline we accepted.
Our Lead Time for orders over 20 pieces is currently:
1- 4  Weeks
Important Storage Information
To insure scent and color quality, store your pears the shipping box and foam trays they arrived in.  Avoiding moisture, and temperatures exceeding
110°F or below 35°F at any time.  No Vehicle Trunks, Attics, Basements, or Garages.  Only in a temperature controlled environment.
